About Morgan Garofalo

She joined Leslie J. Garfield in September of 2021, reporting directly to Thomas Wexler, Partner.

 

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Morgan graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, where she double majored in Finance and Real Estate and minored in Spanish. She studied real estate valuation techniques and how to optimize real estate investments. She was a member of the University of South Carolina Real Estate Club and Kappa Kappa Gamma.

 

Morgan interned with Central South Carolina Alliance, a nonprofit economic development partnership that sources capital investments in the region. She regularly worked with local companies and closely monitored the region’s economy. During her junior year, Morgan studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, attending the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. This experience fueled her desire to move to New York City in order to continue learning about the New York City real estate market.

 

In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling, wakeboarding, and exploring New York City. She looks forward to an amazing career with Leslie J. Garfield.
